Madam, - It is interesting to observe how certain words go out of favour with the chattering classes.
Some time ago "now" gave way to "at this point in time". More recently "the future" has gone out of fashion and everyone is "going forward".
What will be next? Perhaps "the past" will become "going backward". The mind boggles. - Yours, etc.,
