Sir, -Deirdre Manifold (July 13th) has insulted all priests in this country by saying they are ordained "primarily to offer the Holy Sacrifice of Mass".
If a priest's job ended there I'm sure there would be no shortage of priests, vocation or not! Welcome to the year 2001!1 Why couldn't a woman be both a mother and a priest!- Yours, etc.,
