A chara, - The Dublin Transport Initiative has successfully added a half an hour to my morning commute increasing my journey time to an hour and a quarter. This has not, however, discouraged me from travelling by car. To do this the DTI would need to increase my travel time by at least another half hour, because the same journey by public transport takes from one hour and 45 minutes to two hours and 15 minutes. Perhaps additional quality bus corridors or some strategically placed tractors would achieve this. Keep up the good work. - Yours, etc.,
