Sir, - I enjoyed Gabriel Rosenstock's letter (May 27th) on behalf of the Irish language. It had good humour, politeness and courtesy.
My sole point of disagreement is that I believe there is an onus on Mr Rosen stock to show that compulsory Irish works. In his own words, students are "never really given a choice". - Yours, etc.,
