Madam, - Labour Party leader Pat Rabbitte has shown he has no understanding of the labour movement. It is a struggle to improve conditions for all workers. Failing to defend the most exploited, he instead puts forward a protectionist policy which will only divide workers. The real representatives of workers must fight against such a policy which condemns workers to a system of bonded labour.
By dividing workers into "groups", such actions will weaken the labour movement and only please employers. - Yours, etc,
