Sir, - It is with a sense of loss and disappointment that we learn that Jim Mitchell TD will retire from the Dail next year. This man of energy, enthusiasm and integrity not only represented the Fine Gael supporters in his own constituency, but advised and helped people of all political views and creeds in the greater Dublin area.
Now, above all times, he should again be requested, even begged, to reconsider his decision. - Yours, etc.,
