Sir, - I fear I am in a minority, but I know I am not alone in finding that homogenised milk spoils the taste of tea and coffee. For the past year all the milk produced by the big dairies has been homogenised. This left Athboy Creamery as the only source of pasteurised but non-homogenised milk that I knew of. Last week I learnt that it had ceased production. Does any of your readers know of a source of non-homogenised cows' milk in Co Dublin or Co Wicklow - or indeed, anywhere in the Republic? - Yours, etc.,Ruth Blackith,
