Madam, - Doctors behind a proposed new medical care centre for homeless people in Dublin say they are very disappointed that its funding has been withdrawn and instead diverted to a mental health project. Do homeless people and people with mental health problems now have to fight for the crumbs that fall from the rich country's table?
