Madam, - I am a student in UCD and have started reading The Irish Times in the past few years. My God, this country is full of people who have nothing to do with their lives other then moan and complain about other people - so much so that you give over a whole page of your newspaper every day!
Is it any wonder the country is not doing as well as people would like? Few people want to do anything about it other then write a strongly worded letter to your good self.
Members of political parties are out changing their community for what they believe is the benefit of all. Maybe if everyone else put down their pens and did their bit we might actually get somewehere and we would all be better off! - Yours etc.,
