A chara, - I wrote to The Irish Times and Irish Independent in early October in connection with research I am doing into the 1932 Eucharistic Congress. I appealed for anyone with objects relating to the Congress to contact me. My letter met with a great response, with about 120 people writing or phoning. While I tried my best to thank them individually, I am afraid that it was not possible to get in touch with them all.
