Sir, - Strange as it may seem to the chic intelligentsia on RTE's Sunday Show, we stone-age cave-dwellers who think marriage is a good idea have not gone away, you know! Not only do we think marriage is a good idea, we believe everything possible should be done to preserve it for the new Ireland of the next millennium.
Can RTE find nobody to come on a programme and defend marriage; nobody with the courage of the Church of Ireland Gazette. Have they bothered to try?
