Sir, - I wish to advise H. Roycroft (March 20th) that some of the problems experienced with builders (generally haphazard work methods) may stem from the fact that 99.999 per cent of all builders are men.
It is a well documented fact that women are far superior at juggling multiple tasks and reaching conclusions in the most efficient manner. What is needed to solve the recurrent problems of the building industry are many more women. - Yours, etc.,
