Madam, - Are concert-goers aware of the huge discrepancy in the prices charged in Dublin on September 6th and London on September 7th for The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra?
Prices here range from €125 to €65 (for the choir balcony - a most uncomfortable seat at any time).
The same concert is being presented at the Royal Albert Hall where prices range from £40 to £10 sterling.
Even allowing for the currency differential, this pricing at the National Concert Hall is unacceptable. - Yours, etc.,
