Sir, - The present Dail and its dog-wagging communist tail passes criminal law after criminal law in favour of this, that or the other vice. Now the taxation system is to recognise adulterous and bigamous unions and to call them "families", as if equal to those in Christian wedlock. Everywhere, leadership persecutes the Catholic Church and Christianity in general. It is almost as if the Red demons, having failed in the East, are now all packed into the Dail and Seanad, each "with seven more wicked than himself". We could be in Stalin's Moscow

Leadership everywhere proclaims rottenness and decay: in the trade unions with their insatiable greed and their open hatred of Catholicism; in the Women's Movement with its bizarre and silly phobias and demands, while ignoring completely the real reasons behind its problems; and in the many Judas members of the Churches. They don't give a fig about peace North or South, because their whole mind set is destruction.
