Sir, - I think the bus drivers should be given what they ask only on condition that they can guarantee to leave the bus depots one at a time and travel singly at the correct interval, and never in threes, which seems to be common practice, leaving customers waiting three times longer than necessary at the bus stops.
This is the worst single feature of Dublin Bus as far as I am concerned and the one thing that makes me swear I shall never use the bus again. I'm sure many more people would travel by bus if there wasn't so much waiting involved. Or perhaps all routes are not as bad as the 15 and 16? - Yours, etc.,
