Sir, - While strolling down the City Quay walkway this afternoon I came upon the new "Linesman" statue unveiled by Noel Dempsey on February 10th. Like its cousins "The Tart with the Cart", "The Floosie in the Jacuzzi" et al, could it be that Dubliners will soon be referring to the latest sculpture to decorate our streets as "The Bloke with the Rope"? - Yours, etc.,
