Sir, – As a little guy, every time I sought advice on savings and investments from any of our financial institutions I was told that there are three kinds: high-risk investments, medium-risk investments and low-risk investments. No one ever told me that there were “no risk” investments. They seem to be only available to the big guys, the fat cats and the Anglo bondholders.
