Madam, - The White House spokesman Ari Fleischer recently announced that the CIA in Iraq "have found the bio-trucks that can be used only for the purpose of producing biological weapons". This statement might be given more credence if the US Government had not banned the return of UN weapons inspectors to Iraq. The UN inspectors could have independently examined these "bio-trucks" and confirmed the CIA's verdict on them - assuming that the CIA have got it right and these "bio-trucks" are not, in reality, ice-cream vans. Incidentally, wasn't Saddam's supposed hindrance of UN weapons inspectors one of the reasons given for the invasion of Iraq? - Yours, etc.,
