Madam, – Having taken a global view, in a circular letter our spokesperson and spin doctor has settled on the name Revolver for our big wheel, after the Beatles disc circa 1968.
After weeks of going round in circles we hope the public will come to the East Link roundabout and keep money in circulation by viewing the hubbub of the city and the earth’s curve from on high.
Bring a friend and do them a good turn, they’ll have a ball.
