Sir, – I am an MA student in the school of history and archives, University College Dublin.
I am researching for a dissertation on participation by employees from Guinness Brewery at St James’s Gate in Dublin in the first World War. I would welcome an opportunity to meet descendants of the brewery men who took part in the Great War. I would like to hear their stories, read their letters from the Front Line and record any personal anecdotes which their families might wish to share.
