A chara, – In response to Edward Horgan (Letters, August 7th) who makes many valid points regarding the need for the continued presence of UN peacekeepers in Lebanon.
However, the under-secretary general of UN Peacekeeping, Jean-Pierre Lacroix, provided the answer to Mr Horgan’s question.
