Sir, – We are being bombarded with information regarding the trolley crisis and over-run GP practices.
I suggest that we begin to talk about health management in the community.
Can we not encourage all of people to take charge of our own health in order to prevent serious illnesses from occurring?
Prevention is better than cure. A wonderful start would be walking, weight management, a healthy diet, cutting out smoking, and reducing alcohol intake.
