An article on cross-Border shopping in last Tuesday's edition wrongly compared the price of a 250g pack of Kerrygold butter in the North with a 454g pack in the Republic. A 250g pack of Kerrygold costs €1.18 in the North, and a a 227g pack costs €1.37 in the Republic (not €2.38 as stated).

An incorrect date was given in last Wednesday's edition for the carols in St Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin. They are on Saturday, December 13th, at 6pm.

An article in last Tuesday's edition, concerning a lawsuit filed by the family of Sophie Toscan du Plantier alleging intimidation of a witness and false testimony, said that a civil suit also filed by the family against her unknown killer is still pending.

Solicitors acting on behalf of Ian Bailey, to whom reference was made in the article, have pointed out that a civil action which had been taken by the family against Mr Bailey alleging wrongful or unlawful killing has long since been discontinued by the family.
