A book review in the Weekend Review last Saturday of Contemporary Irish Drama by Anthony Roche said that the playwright Mark O’Rowe was not mentioned in the index. In fact, Mr O’Rowe is cited in the index and there is a further reference to his play Howie the Rookie.
A court report in yesterday’s edition, concerning the conviction of former Christian Brother Seán John Drummond for indecent assault, said that he had been employed latterly as an assistant librarian at UCD. He was employed as a library assistant.
