An article in last Monday’s edition, concerning the funeral service for the Air Corps pilot Capt Derek Furness, referred to his partner as Sarah Byrne. Her name is Lesley Byrne.
In the edition of October 16th it was stated that Sen Edward Kennedy died on August 26th. He died on August 25th.
