A Co Cork teenager has told a jury that a shopkeeper family friend claimed it was quite normal for him to have oral and vaginal sex with her and it was their "little secret". The now 19-year-old woman also told the jury at the Central Criminal Court she was in fourth class in primary school when it started. The accused threatened he would harm her brother if she revealed to anyone what was going on.
The 36-year-old defendant has pleaded not guilty to 20 charges of rape and indecent assault on dates from 1988 to 1992.
