Limerick City Court was told yesterday that £1 million worth of damage was caused by a fire at St Enda's School in the city on December 15th last.
Before the court was Thomas Moran (17), O'Malley Park, Southill, who was charged with arson and criminal damage to the school.
He was remanded for one week to St Patrick's Institution to appear before the court on April 2nd.
