Resident magistrate Mark Hamill told the court he would not tolerate any trouble.

"Any disturbances in court and I will hold the remand in chambers in private," he said.

"Now your card's marked."

A court order has prevented Ms McKeown's address from being published.

Thomas McDonald was knocked from his bicycle by a car and killed on September 4th just yards from his home in the White City Estate, a loyalist enclave bordered by nationalist areas.

A High Court bail application saw Ms McKeown released from custody on the understanding that she stay away from the area.

She was remanded to appear before the court again on December 12 along with two others charged in connection with the incident.

Mr Patrick Michael Auld (20) and a 15-year-old juvenile have been accused of trying to pervert the course of justice by giving false statements to the police.
