An elderly woman hit her head and later died when she stumbled and fell at Kilbeggan Racecourse, Dublin City Coroner's Court heard yesterday.
Mrs Bridget Casey (69), of Cornadough, Newtowncashel, Co Longford, died at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, on June 27th last, six days after the accident.
The Coroner, Dr Brian Farrell, recorded a verdict of accidental death.
