Scotland coach Matt Williams has added three forwards to his squad for the next Six Nations match against Italy in Rome.

Flanker Scott Gray, prop Allan Jacobsen and back-rower Jon Petrie have been brought into a 27-man squad because of injuries sustained by props Tom Smith and Gavin Kerr, and flanker Cammy Mather during last Saturday's 35-13 defeat by England.

Williams is due to announce his team next Thursday for the match against Italy on March 6th.
