Dublin
Delays may be caused by a new traffic layout on the Naas Road at Rathcoole.
A road crossing will be in place all week on the inbound and outbound carriageway of the Dunleary Road/Crofton Road junction. Swifts Row is closed for four weeks. There are roadworks on Commons Road in Shanganagh, Harold's Grange Road in Blackglen and Whitebeam Road in Milltown. Exceptional disruption expected on Taney Road/Upper Churchtown Road.
In Sandymount, Strand Road and Beach Road will close to inbound traffic.
In the Clontarf area, the outbound bus lane from Fairview Strand to Malahide Road is open to all traffic due to roadwork disruption. Henry Street is closed until November 13th. Work is taking place on North Strand Road and North King Street.
Severe delays outbound at Drumcondra Road.
Limerick
Traffic on the N7 Limerick/ Dublin Road from Sallymount to Daly's Cross will be diverted into a single lane from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Saturday.
Cork
Resurfacing work on the main road between Blarney and Tower (R617) is expected to cause major delays. Major resurfacing on Bishops town Road and a new traffic arrangement on the road between Wilton Roundabout and the end of the dual carriageway are expected to cause delays.
Waterford
Roadworks and temporary traffic lights are in place on the main Dungarvan Road near Pike Hill from 7.45 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Roadworks continue at Farran Park and Michael Street is closed.
Meath
Severe delays on the N3, Navan Road one mile south of Dunshaughlin.
Galway
Roadworks on the coast road from Galway to Oranmore may cause minimal delays.
Airports
From Monday to Friday, more than 180,000 passengers are expected to travel through Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports. Passengers are advised to leave for the airport earlier than usual.

Rail
Passengers travelling today on the 5.20 p.m. Heuston/Cork and 5.30 p.m. Heuston/Limerick must acquire control cards along with their tickets. The cards can be obtained in advance at Heuston Station and at 35 Lower Abbey Street.
Normal DART services apply with a special timetable on Monday, similar to the Sunday schedule. Suburban services will not operate on Monday between Dublin/ Arklow, Dublin/Dundalk, Dublin/Kildare or Dublin/ Maynooth.
Buses
Normal Bus Eireann weekday services are operating today and tomorrow. A Sunday schedule applies both Sunday and Monday.
Ferries
Adverse weather conditions have forced a cancellation of Swansea Cork Ferries 9.00 a.m. sailing from Cork today. Weather permitting, the next sailing will be at 9.00 p.m this evening. Intending passengers should phone 021 27 1166 for information.
Road Deaths
The provisional figure for the number of people who died on the roads in the seven days to Wednesday is two. This brings the total for the year to date to 356. So far this month, 22 people have died.
