Gardaí have uncovered a cache of weapons close to the border with Northern Ireland.
The arms were found in a hedgerow near the village of Stranolar in Co Donegal following a planned search yesterday.
The find included 2 AK 47 rifles, a pump-action shotgun, a sub-machine gun, a rocket launcher and some detonators, according to gardaí.
No arrests have been made.
