London - Carpenter Roger Virgin of Cardiff, Wales, who operates a one-man business out of his home, wants an apology from the Virgin Group after their lawyers asked him to stop using the copyrighted name.

Mr Richard Branson's Virgin Group last week sent Mr Virgin a letter asking him to stop trading under his surname. The two have since resolved their dispute. Mr Virgin has agreed to change his letterhead and advertising to "R. Virgin proprietor".
