Patrick Vieira reported for pre-season training with Arsenal today.
The French international arrived at Colney in north London this morning despite demanding a transfer from the Gunners over the summer break.
The player has been quoted in the press as criticising the club's summer signings and fellow players who have urged him not to leave the club, with some reports even suggesting he would go on strike if denied a transfer.
Vieira, who joined Arsenal from AC Milan for £3.5 million sterling in 1996, could now face talks with boss Arsene Wenger to decide his future before the new season begins.
