The jury in the Central Criminal Court trial of a Dublin man accused of murdering another man in Tallaght last year was sent to a hotel yesterday evening.
Mr Vincent Flynn (19), of Kiltipper Close, Old Bawn, west Dublin, has denied the murder of a 17-year-old youth, Steven Morris, at Killakee Walk, Firhouse, on May 2nd, 1998.
Mr Justice Kinlen directed that the jury be sent to a hotel for the night after it had been unable to reach a verdict by 6 p.m.
