A cool summer dessert to get you out of a jam.
1 banana
1/2 apple
1 kiwi fruit

Juice of 1/2 orange
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg white
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon creme de menthe
Peel the banana, apple and kiwi and place them and the remaining ingredients in a blender. Process at top speed for three minutes. Spoon this cream into stemmed goblets and decorate the lip of each goblet with a lemon slice.
