Nairobi - The US Commerce Secretary, Mr William Daley, yesterday pledged "substantial" aid to rebuild Kenyan lives and businesses shattered by the August 7th car bombing at its Nairobi embassy.
Mr Daley, who made a brief stop in the Kenyan capital during a three-nation visit to Africa, visited the site of the bombing and laid a wreath at a small memorial to the victims.
