TOKYO - US National Security Adviser Mr Anthony lake yesterday spelt out US opposition to the re election of UN Secretary General Dr Boutros Boutros Ghali.
Mr Lake, who arrived on Sunday, repeated that Washington was against a second term in office for Dr BoutrosGhali but did not seek to ignore his successes as UN chief.
