United Nations - UN officials have uncovered new evidence of Iraq's chemical weapons programme despite Iraqi denials that such documents exist.
In a letter to the UN Security Council discussed by the 15 members yesterday, the chief UN weapons inspector, Mr Richard Butler, protested that UN experts at the Iraqi air force headquarters had been denied full access to a document last Saturday.
