Paphos - A British woman who lived in Cyprus was yesterday shot dead by her Cypriot boyfriend, who then committed suicide, according to police.
A spokesman for police in Paphos said the victim was Ms Alex Ergatoude (45), a permanent resident of Cyprus. The man who allegedly killed her at about 1.10 p.m. was Mr Petros Kyprianou (39), of Cholotria, Paphos, he said.
