The Teachers' Union of Ireland has accepted a proposal by Limerick Institute of Technology management that the former High Court judge, Mr Rory O'Hanlon, should conduct an inquiry into an exam cheating case.
At a branch meeting members agreed to the proposal subject to some clarifications with management.
