Anna Livia FM 103.8 has begun broadcasting Move Over Einstein, a series of radio documentaries which focus on the lives of pioneering women scientists associated with Ireland from the mid-19th century.
The contribution made by former curator of the National Museum, Matilda Knowles, is presented this Thursday, July 1st, at 7 p.m. Forthcoming subjects include aviator Sophie Pierce, marine biologist Maude Jane Delap and the first woman veterinary surgeon in Ireland, Aleen Cust. The broadcasts are scheduled each Thursday at 7 p.m.
