Khartoum - Over 100 people have been killed and thousands displaced after clashes between tribesmen and nomads over grazing rights in western Sudan in the past three weeks, according to reports yesterday. The private daily Al-Usbua quoted the Darfur state government as saying 108 people had been killed, 50 villages burnt down and 1,600 families displaced in fighting which erupted near the state capital, Geneina, on January 19th.
