Three people killed in separate road accidents

The man (42) was fatally injured when he was struck by a car at Roslevan, Ennis, last night.He was pronounced dead at Ennis General hospital.

Elsewhere, a man (22) was killed when his car collided with a lamppost in east Belfast. The accident happened on the King's Road in Knock shortly after midnight.Earlier, ateenager (17) died in hospital following a motorcycle accident in Tallaght, West Dublin.

He is understood to have come off the vehicle in Jobstown. The pillion passenger on the motorcycle remains in hospital.
