Three people have been killed in separate road incidents in Northern Ireland.
A 15-year-old girl died when a car, in which she was a passenger, crashed into a telegraph pole near Randalstown, Co Antrim.
A 25-year-old woman died in an accident outside Newry, Co Down. Earlier, a 27-year-old man was killed when his car crashed outside Newtownards, Co Down. No other vehicle was involved.
The RUC have not yet released the names of those who died.
A 12-year-old boy was in a critical condition in hospital today after being knocked down by a lorry in Derry.
The boy was trapped for a time under the lorry on the city's Buncrana Road until the fire service used lifting gear to free him.
Meanwhile, an elderly woman who died yesterday after being hit by a lorry in Naas, Co Kildare has been named by Gardaí as Ms Francis Corrigan, (68), from Ballyteague in Naas.
The incident happened at around mid-day yesterday in the town’s main street.
