Three houses were damaged, two of them extensively, in a fire at Lambeg, near Lisburn, Co Antrim on Sunday night. Police suspect the fire was started by a children's prank.

The fire was started under an oil tank at a vacant house at Mount View Drive. Fuel from the tank spilled downhill and set alight two houses, garden fencing, a second oil tank, and a garage. Nobody was injured.

Two juveniles were yesterday questioned about the fire.
