A Co Cork teenager who claims she was raped regularly over a number of years agreed at the Central Criminal Court that her hymen was found to be intact in a hospital examination. But, the now 19-year-old woman denied the suggestion of Mr Patrick MacEntee SC, defending, that she was "playing games with the judge and jury" when she said she hadn't seen the results of her December 1992 hospital examination in writing. Pressed by Mr MacEntee, in cross-examination on the second day of the trial, about her evidence of oral and vaginal rape in her home, in the accused's van and in his shop "time and again", she denied her allegations were untrue.

The 36-year-old accused has pleaded not guilty to 20 charges of rape and indecent assault on dates from 1988 to 1992.

The hearing continues before Mr Justice Quirke.
