US semiconductor designer RF Integration is to build a design centre and a supply chain centre in Cork city at a cost of €11 million.
Hearing healthcare company GN ReSound Ltd will open a supply chain centre to complement its Cork operation which employs 213 people.
Dow Corning Corporation is to build a plasma research centre in Midleton, Co Cork, with the support of IDA Ireland - creating 60 jobs over five years.
Ms Harney said the new investments demonstrate that Cork is proving to be an attractive location for the high-level investments being pursued by IDA Ireland.
Ms Harney also announced that Motorola has received approval for a semiconductor-design centre at Cork Airport’s business park.
