This evening a jury have decided that I never sold a CMI Personal Portfolio to James Howard, the man central to the RTÉ broadcasts I sued over.

It was made clear in court that I was targeted by RTÉ and that RTÉ would never have shown their broadcasts without Mr Howard appearing.

The jury also decided that I had unproperly advised one or more of five other CMI investors and was therefore not entitled to damages.

I respect that decision but profoundly disagree with it.

My lawyers and I are strongly considering an appeal.
