The trial continued for the second day at Monaghan Circuit Court yesterday of a 38year-old Belfast man, who cannot be named for legal reasons. He is pleading not guilty to 33 charges of indecently and sexually assaulting a female.
The court yesterday heard further evidence from the 18year-old alleged victim.
